Welcome to the Kindergarten Section
At IJK Schooling System, our academic programme is designed to build strong foundations for lifelong learning. Through engaging, age-appropriate lessons and practical activities, students develop essential skills in language, reading, writing, mathematics, science and general knowledge. The programme encourages children to ask questions, explore new ideas, solve problems and apply their learning to everyday experiences. Particular attention is given to early literacy and numeracy, as these skills provide an important foundation for future academic progress. Our teachers use storytelling, classroom discussions, educational games, hands-on activities, creative projects and collaborative learning to make lessons meaningful and enjoyable. Alongside academic development, students are encouraged to build confidence, concentration, independence, communication skills and positive learning habits, preparing them successfully for the next stage of their education.
By the end of the Kindergarten programme, children are supported in developing:
Confidence in speaking and communicating.
Foundational reading, writing and numeracy skills.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
Independence and self-care abilities.
Positive relationships and cooperation skills.
Creativity, imagination and self-expression.
Physical coordination and healthy habits.
Respect, responsibility and positive values.
